Before You Come In

Doctor’s appointments can be frustrating and interrupt your day, and we understand that. We would like to make your experience at the Sight Eye Clinic as smooth and relaxing as possible. We have online resources dedicated to helping you prepare for your appointment with us. We also have special forms you can print and download to bring with you to our office to help speed up the check-in process.

You will need a photo ID and current insurance cards as well, so it’s a good idea to see if we partner with your insurance provider or your vision plan ahead of time. We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health, United Health, and other major plan providers, but please ask us if you aren’t sure.
